Danny is the managing partner and president of Daniel Stark Injury Lawyers. Danny, a native of Huntsville, Texas, received his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University and his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law. He feels that it is important to stay current on local legal and community developments, and he is therefore an active member of the Brazos County Bar Association, former board member of the Brazos County Young Lawyers Association, active member of the American Association for Justice, and current board member of the Downtown Bryan Economic Development Association. In addition, he spends his extra time with his wife and children enjoying a mutual passion for the outdoors, especially fishing, biking, skiing, and flying. Outside of the profession of law, Danny is an active member of Brazos Fellowship Church and is a current member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.

Throughout his legal career, Danny has continually focused on representing injured victims.
