Rosa Maria Ybarra joined Daniel Stark in February 2004. A 1992 graduate from Brazos Business College, Ms. Ybarra was a municipal government worker for 12 years. She worked in various city departments including the police department, municipal court, and vital registration.
Ms. Ybarra is well-balanced in her knowledge of auto accidents, having worked all sides of its scenario. She is our claims legal assistant, and her principal duties are setting up all new claims and handling the property damage for each case. She also handles medical case status for our clients.
Ms. Ybarra is bilingual and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our Spanish-speaking clients do not suffer because of a language barrier. Believing that client satisfaction is what keeps our clients coming back, she works diligently to provide excellent customer service.
