The Houston Chronicle reported that a girl survived her grandparents, younger sister, and a couple who were friends of the grandparents in a Texas truck accident Monday.

The Texas auto accident survivor is said to be in critical condition.

The group was headed for vacation when a logging truck collided with their SUV.

The girl’s 7-year-old sister, grandparents, and female friend were all pronounced dead at the scene of the Texas auto accident.

The husband was taken to the hospital where he died as a result of his car accident injuries.

Witnesses say the girl’s grandfather failed to yield when he turned from FM 92 onto US 190, and his SUV was crushed by a logging truck, resulting in the deaths of five of the Texas auto accident injury victims.

The driver of the logging truck was not hurt.
