A Texas auto accident killed one man early Saturday after he had already been in an auto accident moments earlier, according to the Houston Chronicle.

The first Texas auto accident occurred when a 19-year-old driver lost control of his SUV and hit a light pole. The second Texas car accident happened when the driver was getting out of the SUV to assess the damage from the first auto accident, and was hit by another vehicle.

The driver of the other vehicle said the SUV did not have its lights on, so he did not see the vehicle or the driver at the time of the Texas car accident.
