When we think of police officers, we often think of them as administering aid rather than needing help. However, their jobs can be high risk and spending a lot of time on the road can increase the risk for Waco auto accidents.

Unfortunately, one campus police officer was injured in a Waco auto accident, according to KWTX.

 

The Waco Independent School officer was injured when he was involved in a two-car Waco auto accident.

The Waco auto accident occurred at the intersection of North 18th Street and Bosque Boulevard when the officer’s patrol car collided with a Honda Accord.

 

The officer was taken to a local hospital following the Waco auto accident. No injuries were reported for those in the Honda Accord.
