Private Selection Light Churned Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream is being recalled due to mislabeling that could pose a risk for Texas defective product injuries, NBC5 reported.

The ice cream which is sold at Krogers in Texas and across the United States does not list egg, soy, and wheat products in its list of ingredients, but it may contain these products, which could cause Texas defective product injuries for people who have allergies to them.

Customers who have purchased the ice cream can return the Texas defective product injury product to Kroger for a full refund.
