Tough times hit everyone at one point in our life or another. However, studies have proven that even a one-time act of thoughtful gratitude produced an immediate 10% increase in happiness and a 35% reduction in depressive symptoms. Unfortunately, the good feelings vanished in three to six months. This reminds us that gratitude is something we should practice often.

Every act of kindness counts. In this season of thanks, we asked our team to reflect on this past year and tell us what they are most grateful for.
