Q3 2022 Daniel Stark Quarterly Planning

Every three months we get our entire team together to set our priorities and discover better ways to serve our clients, and we have a good time while doing it! This quarter we gave out core value awards to four deserving team members, played an intense game of musical chairs, and watched attorney Zachary Tritico blush as the entire firm sang him happy birthday.

The highlight of planning was watching our newest team members sign our social contract. It’s tradition at Daniel Stark that every new employee sign the contract after completing their culture training and agreeing to support our core values. From our partners to our new hires, this team works tirelessly to ensure that we are the number one law firm to work for in the country.
