Ashley Carpenter

Ashley is a born and raised Texan. After attending Texas A&M University where she received a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics in 2016, she received her Master of Business Administration from the Greehey School of Business in 2018 and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s Law School in 2019. In law school, Ashley was on the dean’s list and was a staff writer for the 21st volume of the Scholar: St. Mary’s Law Review on Race and Social Justice.

Ashley joined the State Bar of Texas in 2020. She is also a member of the Texas Bar College and the Texas Aggie Bar Association. Before joining the Daniel Stark team as an Associate attorney, Ashley began her legal career in prosecution where she discovered her passion for the law was rooted in helping others when they need it most. Ashley believes the most important thing she can do as an attorney is to be of service to her community, and Ashley is honored to fight for what’s right when big insurance companies try to take advantage of Daniel Stark clients.

When Ashley isn’t demanding justice for Daniel Stark clients, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, riding horses and gardening.
