Derek Gibson

Derek Gibson is a litigation assistant who specializes in medical review and also takes on other tasks, including paralegal tasks to help ensure cases are constantly moving for the best resolution for our clients. Derek sees the impact these wrecks and incidents have on our clients through their medical and through interaction with each client. He is determined to make sure our clients are receiving the treatment they need for their injuries and pushing their cases along through scheduling, written responses and medical review.

Derek strongly believes in the core values of this firm and is always willing to lend a helping hand, take on challenging tasks, and efficiently completing tasks. No matter how busy he is, he will always lend a helping hand even if he needs to work late or come in on the weekends.

Derek is married to his amazing wife Brittany, they have a little girl named Scarlett and two Husky’s named Zoey and Sully. He loves spending time with his family and they go to Disney every year, he also enjoys playing golf, fantasy football and video games.
