Michael Bristow, J.D.

Born and raised in Waco, Texas, Michael Bristow has always had an interest in the law. As a member of the litigation team at Daniel Stark, Michael believes that every case, no matter how small, deserves full and fair compensation.

After receiving a B.B.A. in finance from Texas A&M University, Michael went on to attend Baylor Law School. While at Baylor, Michael was a regional finalist on the 2012 American Association for Justice Mock Trial Team.

After law school, Michael began his career in litigation as an associate at a law firm in Longview, Texas. While in East Texas, he handled cases involving a variety of personal injury matters, including automobile wrecks, nursing home abuse and neglect, and medical malpractice. Michael has handled cases all across the state of Texas as well as in New Mexico, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Michael has passed the bar exam in Texas, New Mexico, and Arkansas. He is a proud member of the American Association for Justice, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and is board certified in personal injury trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

When he is not fighting for the rights of injured individuals, Michael enjoys hunting, fishing, camping with his wife, and Aggie football.
